Spruce Tree Leaves Generate Under Sapling

When growing a spruce tree elevated in the air, its leaves can generate beneath the saplings and ground it was grown on.

1. Place some dirt in a 2x2 square up in the air.
2. Place saplings on the dirt and grow them.
3. Repeat until the leaves grow beneath the saplings.
