The subtitle for tadpoles growing up is weird

I was playing with a friend and we had some tadpoles grow up and I noticed something off about the subtitles. It says "subtitles.entity.tadpole.grow_up". I found a previous bug report from one of the snapshots about the same issue but it was marked as resolved but the issue is still happening into the release.
