Wrong logs when running /op @a

Making several players operators on a server at the same time mentions several times the player who was the earliest to connect to the server.

To reproduce:

• Join a server with multiple accounts
• Make sure all players are either operators or not operators
• run /op @a or /deop @a depending on the operator level of the players
