Loading New Chunks Glitch

This bug will make loading new chunk in 1.19 impossible and extremely annoying. Please patch this bug soon. Even @KTech Gaming Corporation / www.ktech.games says it is a bug because generating ocean on the flat edge should caused equal or -1 generating land to come next. I also opened the F3 Debug menu to help.
