Blazes no longer drop glowstone dust

Since my friend told me xbox 360 edition became 10 years old I played on it again and I completely forgot about the feature that blazes drop glowstone dust. This works fine on my xbox 360 but for some reason it doesn't work on my PC anymore. 

Reproduction steps

1. Spawn a couple of blazes
2. Kill all of them

Observed results: The blazes only dropped blaze rods but no glowstone dust.
Expected resukts: The blazes drop blaze rods and glowstone dust.
