Possible report system evade with server resource packs

Hello! I make resource packs for minecraft and saw alot of people saying the report system collects data via logs (i.e plaintext). If you create a server resource pack that uses font file overrides to make unicode characters display as "a b c d e...". Then made a plugin that replaces a users sent msg with the unicode characters, the report would appear as: "‘’“”•–". Which would no doubt bypass any kind of keyword filter, and unless reports would include the resource pack unicode applied it could be problematic.
