herobrine spawns super fast in 1.19 and then dissapears

i was using no mods. on a spigot minecraft server and i had a username and skin changer plugin. someone might have used the username and skin changer plugin to do /username Herobrine and /skin (the herobrine mc skin in the list. i made these plugins
