when i want to pick nickname its gray and when i want to play it says failed to create profile

Hi, i bought minecraft yesterday and when i want to pick a name the "set profile name" turns gray.. and then when i want to play it says "failed to create profile" please help, everything i tried on the internet (minecraft help center, youtube, reddit etc.) does not work, the minecraft support dont answer and im really angry and sad, i just wanted to play minecraft, i spent 30 dollars on it so I WANT IT TO WORK
