The goat horn will sometimes not make any sound after being held down while it is on cooldown

After using a goat horn, it will have a cool down, if you hold right click while the horn is almost finished cooling down the goat horn will not make any sound at all but will still be used and initiate another cooldown.

(this happens with both directional audio on, and off)
