Village farms can generate in rivers, causing water to flood them

In Minecraft 1.19 and 1.19.1 on the seed 7338535657 at the coordinates of -2906, 62, 199, this savanna village farm partially generates at the bottom of a river, causing half of the farm to immediately flood. The bug is the inconvenient place the farm generated, not the river generating in the village itself.

I don't know of any other seeds where this bug can be reproduced, but I'm sure there are many more that simply haven't been discovered yet.
