Glass bottle keeps appearing in the inventory without my consent

Anytime I'm in the middle of my gameplay, I always happen to notice a glass bottle appearing in my inventory without me knowing. I didn't grab it out from the Brewing tab in the creative inventory, nor did I craft it or find other ways to obtain it. I just instantly appears inside my survival inventory for absolutely no reason.
