Husks cannot pickup items, even when using {CanPickUpItems:1b}

What I expected to happen was...:
The husk would pick up the items I dropped

What actually happened was...:
The husk ignored them, even when using a dispenser

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use the command "summon husk ~ ~ ~ {CanPickUpItems:1b}
2. Drop weapons and armor to the husk
3. Wait a few seconds and the husk will not pick them up
