Cured villagers won't restock

The farmer villagers I've cured with a zombie have stopped restocking, specifically their pumpkins and watermelons. They aren't confined to a boat/minecart, and they have the same access to their workstations as they had before curing. My non-cured farmer still restocks their watermelons.
