The skin works in the Launcher but not in the game

I have had Minecraft Java with a Microsoft account for 1 year and am trying to fix a skin bug. You can see the skin in the Launcher but in the game I don't know how but I always have the Alex skin with every skin I put on it doesn't load me in the game, I tried everything, the connection, the NPC etc ... Help me
