Incorrect Frog Temperature spawned in Cold Ocean Biome

edit: sorry misread the wiki didnt realise cold ocean was temperate in java

i genuinely have no idea how to close an issue though very sorry

 

Placed a bucket of tadpole in a cold ocean biome and it resulted in a temperate/warm frog (sorry can't tell im colourblind lol) instead of a cold frog

Surrounding blocks are all cold ocean
