Can't insert paragraph char (§)

I can't type paragraph char only into Minecraft. Other programs like web browser i can wrote the char. I'm trying all ways like all alt codes, copying from some programs and changing keabord layout, and it dosen't work. Other unicode chars like ♣ works in Minecraft and another programs.
