Mangrove propagule texture glitch

Mangrove propagule texture did not work when placed in water

What I expected to happen was...:
The propagule would place and look normal

What actually happened was...:
the "error" texture block (purple and black squares) appeared instead of the propagule

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a world in 1.19 (it was opened to lan and the tick speed was at 555 but i'm not sure if that affected it)
2. Place a mangrove propagule in some water
