Conduit Disappears when Out of Water

It appears as though the conduit is a bit shy. When the player stands out of water, the conduit isn't visible nor are it's particles unless the crosshair is a few pixels above or directly on the hitbox but, the sounds are present.

When in water the conduit is present at all times.
