Game black screens every single time

So im using Lunar client for now but it is happening on the Minecraft launcher too, every single time i launch my game, it goes black screen after a few minutes on. My fps is at a constant 100-160 fps but after a few minutes it just drops to 0-20 fps and it goes black screen right after. I don't know whether it is because of my windows update but it just happened i have no idea why, i have updated all my drivers i have tried reinstalling both Lunar Client and the Minecraft launcher but to no avail. This did not happen a few days back, 1 day i just logged on and this problem just appeared.
