minecraft crashes before the window opens 1.18+

whenever I open mc 1.18+ it crashes before the window opens with the exit code -1073741819 I tried looking it up but nothing showed up. I provided a screenshot but i can find the crash report or log but i also dont know where to look for the log so please tell me (i had to put 1.19 in the Affects Version/s area because when i put 1.18 it said "Version with id '1.18' does not exist.")
