Odd lines across game

I am getting a really bizarre occurrence of lines across everything causing me to get dizzy. I'm not sure what is exactly going on. All my drivers are updated and all my other games work just fine. I've enclosed a screenshot of what I'm talking about. This is re version 1.16.5 which the Affects Version/s won't allow.
