invalid signature for profile public key

My friend has a bug where he cant join my server yet his sister in the same house can and all my other friends can join too but for some reason he gets invalid signature for profile public key when trying to join he doesnt get it on other servers and he used to play on my server fine for a bit but all of a sudden since yesterday he cant join.
