Textures are messed up

for some reason in 1.19 the sun texture isnt drawn properly and this very weird bug happens, also i have a very good pc so it isnt a ram issue and my friend has the exact same, but all the textures are messed up

PS: i was playing on a server and now the exp texture has also changed..
