I can't create a profile name

Hello, I have a problem with my minecraft windows account, recently they released the news that if you have a minecraft windows account you can get minecraft java for free, however I want to create my profile for minecraft java and it gives me an error, when accessing the page of my profile on the page www.minecraft.net tells me that I do not have minecraft java, how do I solve this?
