I get an error message and my game crashes

when I load minecraft with a few mods that worked on my old pc, it sometimes crashes and I get the error message "The game crashed whilst tesselating block modelError: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 8141Exit Code: -1"
