Can't Download Bedrock/Java. Should be Free. Can't Create Profile.

I can't download the Bedrock/Java game. It should be free and the "get" button should appear. However, it is not. I've tried for the past 2 weeks. We purchased the Windows PC version a while ago. Per all the pop-ups I receive when accessing the game, it should be free.

Also, when trying to create the Java profile, it is stating Failed to Create profile. Please advise.
