Bug which doesn't allow clicking of the link to download server-download-1.19

What I expected to happen was that once I clicked it would lead me to the download of the server-file so I can start my own server.

What actually happened was it wouldn't let me click on the link, it just let me highlight the text "minecraft_server.1.19.jar"

I don't know what caused the bug but it happens for me on multiple plattforms and web browsers, please help me so I can start a server with me and my friends.

 

The screenshot doesn't show my cursor but it doesn't change as it would if I was able to click. The cursor becomes the same as if when you hold your cursor over some text (not-clickable).
