Local Brewery Advancment given for taking water bottle out of brewing stand.

I was working on designing an auto-brewing machine and had put water bottles in a brewing stand before taking them out unaltered and i was given the local brewery advancement despite not having actually done any brewing, no blaze powder was inserted either.
