Breaking paintings, item frames, glow item frames cannot trigger sculk shriekers

The Bug

Placing an item frame, glow item frame, or painting within range of a sculk sensor and shrieker will alert the sensor and trigger the shrieker. Breaking the frame/painting, however, will alert the sensor but will not trigger the shrieker. This is very similar to MC-207418, but it seems to be more pertinent to the shrieker than to the sensor.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place a sculk sensor and a sculk shrieker, along with a block on which to place a painting/item frame.
2. Place the painting/frame. This will trigger both the sensor and the shrieker.
3. Break the painting/frame. This will only alert the sensor; it will not trigger the shrieker.
