weird flickering texture bug with foliage, doors and water

There is been a flickering bug that happens with the textures of grass, lilypads and some other foliage, water and doors (doors aren't flickering they just look weird), as far as I've seen at least. Typically it gets worse when you look at a certain angle. I'm not using any texture packs or mods.
