Realm progress not saved

Hello! I was playing on my friend's realm yesterday and played for about 3 hours. (06/12/22 @ 9:30pm EST)

When i took an hour break to go eat, i logged back in and all of the progress was gone as if i didn't do the 3 hours of playing and i was back with old items etc.

This issue also happened in the morning to my friend on that same realm (06/12/22 @ 10:00am EST)

This isn't the first time this has happened, it's happened to me in previous realms a few months ago too.

Anyway to fix this issue or address it? I would like to keep playing without progress not being gone after doing it.
