Realm stopped making backups and saving

Me and my friends realm has stopped making backups and saving our progress, i looked at the backups and the most recent one was ~6 hours ago, but all the previous ones were within 20-30 minutes of each other, we can still play but not having any of our progress saved after playing is quite infuriating
