Maps show old locations

Maps show the locations where they have been previously. (The green markers do not disappear when removing from an item frame)

What I expected to happen was...:
The old green arrow disappears like in previous versions.

What actually happened was...:
The old green arrows remained

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a map in an item frame

2. Pick it up and move it to a new location

3. Repeat
