Minecraft Vanilla Texture Glitch

Hello, I'm having a problem in minecraft version 1.7.10

The texture of animals and some blocks is not loading, the texture of the hotbar, items, particles is also not loading.

THE VERSION IS 1.7.10 AND NOT 1.19
