Sea grass Silk touch not working

using a silk touch pickaxe doesn't allow you to pick up seagrass

you can pick up normal grass with it, so I'm pretty sure this is a bug.

just use a silk touch enchanted pickaxe to see what I'm talking about, using shears allows you to pick it up so this is diffidently a bug or oversight.

this bug is relevant to (from what I can tell) all versions from 1.14+
