Inability to make a black cat appear (panther type) in 1.19

Unable to find/summon a black cat (panther) in version 1.19. Neither with cat eggs (I've tried a few thousand times) nor with the command /summon cat ~~~ {CatType:10}. And The success of ID:husbandry/complete_catalogue is impossible to achieve.
