Game crashes when trying to launch 1.19 when system is in Arabic, Persian, or adjacent formats

when launching this version (only this version) its just crash with this error
I didn't did any custom configuration settings on java
I updated my graphics driver
I reinstalled my Minecraft and java

 

this is only happening for 1.19, which means many poeple that have their systems in Arabic or adjacent formats are the ones having this issue, and it should be an easy fix since it seems to be some sort of parsing issue because of the number system or something like that, bring it up so if there is a 1.19.1 update it gets fixed, changing the regional format to English fixes the problem, but it might cause some system visual glitches like a weird time format in the task bar
