Sculk shriekers are not activated by redstone signals
EDIT: Just saw MC-250200, this appears to be intended behaviour. I can't seem to delete this issue, so please disregard it.
What I expected to happen:
Sculk shrieker activates when powered directly by a redstone signal when a player is nearby.
What actually happened:
Sculk shrieker remains inactive when powered.
This is the case for both naturally generated (can_summon=true) and player-placed (can_summon=false) sculk shriekers.
Whether the player nearby is in Creative or Survival mode does not appear to matter, and this issue occurs in all difficulties.
Other means of activation (stepping directly on the shrieker, activating nearby sculk sensors) cause a shriek as expected.
