Warden spawned with any type of NBT data will immediately dig into the ground.

A warden spawned in using the /summon command with any form of NBT tag, for example will immediately dig into the ground.

In the image below, you can see a warden spawned in with a guardian riding it immediately digging into the ground after it was summoned.
