Sculk Shrieker doesn't copy nbt when coping it!

when you have one  of the working "naturally spawned" sculk shrieker in your world, and you copy the block with its nbt data and place it down, its like  a regular one that your try and place down instead of the working one, even though it has the nbt of the working one!
