Game crashes

My game crashes and I already went to support but the guy said to try it at a later time. I waited until the next morning and I still get exit code 1.

I don't use any mods, and I tried deleting and downloading it again. I also checked for software, and updated my computer since automatically updates the drive.

I'm lost at what to do now.
