Seed not updated with 1.19 update

My realm seed did not reflect the updates to 1.19.  Using 'locate biome' for mangrove swamp and deep dark biome shows coordinates but when I go there, there is nothing new. F3 shows the normal biomes present pre-1.19. Of note, these are unexplored areas prior to 1.19.  Seed is:  -3778869595786861950.
