Mouse sensitivity is lowered when generating new chunks

When new chunks are being generated, the mouse sensitivity is drastically lowered. This does not occur when reloading already generated chunks by pressing f3 + a, only when chunks are generated for the first time.

 

This can be somewhat fixed on the users side by changing the polling rate of their mouse to 125, however this issue still needs to be fixed because changing the polling rate of a mouse requires external software.
