Pistons don't launch entities when powered for one tick

Steps to reproduce:

• Place a piston/sticky piston facing up
• Place a slime block on top of the piston
• Place a button attached to the slime block on top of the slime block
• Stand on top of the slime block/button
• Press the button

Expected behavior:

The piston will launch you into the air

Actual behavior:

The piston does not launch you in the air
