Sculk sensors cannot detect furnace minecarts being fueled.

Sculk sensors do not detect the fueling of furnace minecarts.

What I expected to happen was...:

Sculk sensors would detect the fueling of furnace minecarts (similar to feeding mobs).

What actually happened was...:
The fueling of the furnace minecart was not detected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a sculk sensor and a rail near each other.
2. Place two blocks on the ends of the rail, and place a furnace minecart on the rail.
3. Power the furnace minecart with coal and observe that the fueling was not detected by the sculk sensor.
