Sculk sensor cannot detect furnaces being lit or unlit

Sculk sensors cannot detect furnaces being lit or unlit.

What I expected to happen was...:
Sculk sensor would be activated by a furnace being lit or unlit, because this is a block change.

What actually happened was...:
The sculk sensor was not activated by a furnace being lit or unlit.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a sculk sensor and a furnace near each other.
2. Smelt something in the furnace.
3. Observe that the sculk sensor was not activated.
