Minecraft not responding cannot terminate with task manager

Minecraft not responding and cannot be closed with task manager or taskkill.

I do not think waiting until minecraft responds would be a solution because it uses 0 cpu.  The only way I could close it is by restarting my PC.

 

About the affected versions:

This probably also affects other versions of Minecraft but I have tested it only in 1.16.5 and 1.18.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. I recomend trying to reproduce it in 1.16.5.
2. Make sur sleep mode is turned off.
3. Go to a single player world.
4. Wait until screen turns black.
5. After a fiew hours move mouse or press a keyboard key to turn on the screen.
6. This bug is maybe device dependent but from my experience you should get this bug with about 25% chance.
