Vanilla server for everyone became mostly red and black, portals doesn't work

For blocks, if you break them they drop as normal, and if u put them back they look normal
Everything is laggy, mostly in other dimensions
And I myself cant even join (screenshot was made by friend)
We dont know how to reproduce this bug, it just happened after we launched the server
