Disappearing effect bug

If we reconnect the individual flat server, effects that applied to mob except player are sometimes disappeared.

 

Expect to fix )

1 ) Although reconnecting the individual flat server, we wish that effects that applied to mob last.

 

Way to confirm this bug,

1 ) Open the individual flat server

2 ) Enter "/summon horse(or other mobs)"

3 ) Enter "/effect give @e[type=horse(or other mobs),sort=nearest,limit=1] resistance 100000 255 true"

4 ) Let the mob be damaged, and you can see the resistance effect apply to it.

5 ) Exit and Reconnect the server and Let the mob be damaged, and you can see the resistance effect disappeared. (Sometimes)
