Bottles O' Enchanting should be under Blocks sounds slider

Currently Bottle O' Enchanting sounds are affected when you change the "Friendly Creatures" sound slider down. I did this around my villagers because they're a little loud, but couldn't understand why I couldn't hear the satisfying glass bottle breaking and xp sounds..

This should definitely be changed, as it doesn't really fit that category. This isn't super important to the list of bugs, but would be nice to have resolved.
